We know you have a ton of things to do to plan your perfect wedding, and we want
to help! Periodically, we'll be updating this section as new questions arise.
Delivery Time?
We work extremely hard to get your order processed within 2-3 business days. Personalized
items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to
complete. For this reason, we have added processing time notes to the product
descriptions for these personalized items. For Example: "This personalized item may take
up to 4-5 business days to ship." If you order 3 items that do not have special
processing times, then your order will ship within 2-3 business days. But, if you
order any one item on your order that states "4-5 business days", your entire order will
ship in 4-5 business days because we ship all your items at one time to lower your
shipping costs. On average, most packages will be completed and arrive to you within 5-10
business days depending upon your location. If any of the products you have placed on your
order are on a back order status, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail.

Rush Deliveries?
You may upgrade your shipping for a fee in addition to regular shipping &
handling charges. We offer Second Day Air at $20.00 (will arrive to you within 4
business days). Our processing time has been included in the estimated time of arrival. Orders placed on
Friday will ship within two business days. Please note that business days do
not include Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping Options?
Shipping charges are determined by the total value of your order. Standard shipping
charges apply to the continental United States. Our carrier for deliveries within the US
is USPS. A shipping chart is located below. (We have the right to update and/or
change shipping charges at any time). Rush delivery is available at an additional charge.
Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.
Orders that weigh under 16oz. are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS);
all orders from U.S. Military bases and/or APO's will ship via USPS.
Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of these orders.

Second Day Air
Need your order in a hurry? We offer Second Day Air Service which you will receive
within 4 business days upon receipt of your order, not including day of order. Add
$15.00 to what would be your regular shipping charge to determine the cost of shipping.
Canadian Surcharge $20.00
All orders shipped to Canada require an additional $20.00 surcharge. These orders are
shipped through the US Postal Service (USPS).

Will My Credit Card & Personal Information Be Safe?
Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security software is the industry standard and among the
best available today for securing online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your
personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be
read as the information travels over the Internet.
You will not receive e-mail from us (other than customer service e-mail related to a
particular order or request of yours) unless you specifically subscribe to our newsletter.
If you do subscribe, and later change your mind, you will always be able to choose not to
receive e-mail updates from us. We are not in the business of selling customer information
to others. To that end, we will not make your name, e-mail address, home address, or any
other personal information available to other companies or individuals, unless that company or
individual is affiliated with us or acting as an agent to perform functions on our behalf.
Examples may include delivering packages, fulfilling orders, sending postal mail and e-mail,
removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing
assistance, processing credit card payments. and providing customer service. These agents
may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use
it for other purposes.

How Do I Order Online?
Simply click the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product of choice. It will be
added to your order and shown inside of your shopping basket. If an item such as wedding
accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts is available with
personalization the screen will prompt you to include your special instructions just after
the "Add to Cart" button has been clicked. If you want more that one item, just change the
quantity field from zero (0) to your desired number. Personalized and engraved wedding
accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts must be entered
individually, your screen will automatically itemize the quantity and the engraving can be
entered on individual lines (i.e., 1 mug with initials "ABC" then another with initials
"DEF"). If you would like to continue to browse our boutique after adding a given item to
your shopping cart, simply click "Continue Shopping" or click your back button. If you
have changed a quantity, specified engraving, or a size/style, click "Refresh Cart". If
you wish to remove an item from your cart, change the quantity field to zero (0) and click
"Refresh Cart". When you are ready to purchase proceed to "Check Out" by clicking on the
"Check Out" button below your items displayed.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, or Modifications?
Wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts that have been
personalized with engraving and/or embroidery are nonrefundable. For all other wedding
accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts, a refund will be given
for the unwanted portion of your order (except for rush fees and shipping & handling).
After processing your return, you will receive a receipt of credit
within 7-10 business days. If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and
process it upon receipt of the returned portion of the order. We charge shipping & handling
for exchanged orders being reshipped.
Once an order has reached our distribution center an order cannot be cancelled or
modified. If the order is unwanted you will need to ship the order back to us as a return
or exchange.
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Items?
Our staff works hard to ensure that you receive your wedding accessories, wedding
favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts safely. We will replace any of your items that
arrived and were damaged during shipping. You must notify us immediately (within 5 days)
if the item is damaged in shipping. Note all product descriptions and images very closely
before check out as we cannot replace items that note specific characteristics of the
product that you may not have realized before ordering.

Product Availability/Backorders?
Most of our wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts is
in stock at all times, unless otherwise noted to be a special order item, though there are
some occasions where wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen
gifts may be backordered. If something you have ordered is out of stock one of our
operators will call or e-mail you. If you are unable to be reached via
phone or e-mail, a post card will be sent to your bill to address. Upon contact from our customer service representative you will have the choice to
hold your entire order until the backordered merchandise has arrived, or to ship the items
separately. If we are unable to reach you and you have not attempted to contact us with
instruction, your entire order will be held and will ship complete upon arrival of the
backordered merchandise.

Can I Personalize Items?
Most of our wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts
are engraved for you at no charge. Items may also be purchased without engraving. Please
order your engraving carefully. Engraved items cannot be returned! Check the items
description for the style of engraving offered. Click on the arrow to the right of style
to select your engraving format. The options provided are the only formats available for
that item. Your engraving instructions are taken directly from your online order form. We
do not modify your engraving request in any way. Please be careful when entering your
engraving instructions on your order form. Remember, personalized wedding accessories,
wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
